Service Technician

Ehlers is seeking a professional for a residential and light commercial service technician position. On-call and after hours may be required on a rotating basis. Positive customer service abilities are a must! This is a full-time position.

• 2-4 years experience preferred
• NATE certification preferred (candidates without prior certification will be given one year to achieve NATE certification)
• EPA certification required

• Clean, well-groomed appearance

The candidate chosen for this position will be provided:

Installation Technician

• 1-3 years’ experience preferred
• NATE certification preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve and have strong communication skills
• Work may be performed in both indoor and outdoor environments, depending on the assignment.

Office Staff

The best candidate will possess the following qualifications and certifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or receptionist roles.
• Perform general office duties such as answering phones, basic data entry tasks, booking calls, and scheduling appointments.

Warehouse Worker

The best candidate will possess the following qualifications and certifications:

• Previous warehouse experience, preferably in HVAC or construction-related fields, is a plus.
• Sheetmetal knowledge preferred.
• Receiving, organizing, storing, and dispatching HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and organize products for easy retrieval.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and walk for long periods.
• Capable of lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Marketing Associate

The best candidate will possess the following qualifications and certifications:

• Preferred 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Preferred knowledge of the HVAC industry.
